The hadith "A people who are in charge of a woman will not succeed." is one of the influential hadiths in the jurisprudence of the five sects in matters related to the leadership and rule of women. This article, with a descriptive-analytical method and a historical approach to sources, has answered the main question: What has been the effect of the hadith of "Len Yaflah ..." throughout history on the fatwas of the jurists of the five sexts? The main purpose of this research is to study the course of the entry of this hadith and its jurisprudential consequences in the five sects. The results of the research indicate that the hadith entered the Hanafi sext in the ninth century and had little effect on their jurisprudential inference, entered the Maliki and Shafi'i sects in the sixth century, and entered the Hanbali jurisprudential books in the seventh century. All three religions have used the hadith to strengthen the prohibition of women's leadership]. It entered the Shia sext in the sixth century and was used only in the prohibition of women's judgment.
