The wise theologian should not ignore the intellectual levels of his audience in his speeches and writings in order to express and explain his intentions. Before he can speak, he must assess the intellectual capacity of his audience and then open his mouth. Because according to the rational rule, the effect of the audience's levels of understanding on the expression of the wise speaker, his speeches and writings are influenced by the audience's intellectual level and it is up to him to consider the audience's intellectual capacity in talking to others. Thus, the above-mentioned rational rule establishes an active relationship with the Qur'anic and hadithic expressions and plays an active relationship in the Qur'anic texts and the statements of the infallibles. Hence, the wise theologian opens his mouth in religious texts according to this rule. The rule in question plays different functions in explaining religion. Here are four examples of these functions: 1. A wise orator is forced to remain silent in some cases due to the observance of the rule. Two- The rule in question plays a role in the manner of expression of the unseen teachings by the wise theologian. Fourth, the rule of the effect of the audience's levels of understanding on the expression of the wise speaker also works in the formation of similarities.
